Court filings indicated that Zakinov, the plaintiff, had opposed the request for leave by XRP holders. The defendant has agreed. Plaintiff’s objection shows that the Plaintiff’s interests and the identifiable class of over 75K, which is with the Plaintiff’s proposed class in this case, will not be protected. It will be difficult to protect them until the court grants him leave to file the proposed Brief.
It is important to mention that the proposed Amici Curiae include six individual XRP holders as well as SpendTheBits, Inc.
