XRP Lawsuit news: Whales Move 276 million XRP While This Rumor Clears up

XRP Lawsuit News – The much anticipated Summary Judgment of the XRP lawsuit has sparked many rumors in crypto market. There are many rumors about the Ripple case against the US SEC. One of these rumors is the Summary Judgment hearings from Charles Hoskinson, Cardano founder. Experts and lawyers involved in the case refuted his claims.
XRP lawsuit still pending
Charles Hoskinson, in an AMA session that took place on December 10, claimed that the settlement of the XRP lawsuit would be completed by December 15, 2022. However, Eleanor Terrett of FoxBusiness Journalist, dismissed his claims.


Terrett stated that her sources assured her that the settlement rumor is false. Terrett also mentioned that the same type of XRP lawsuit ended rumor was around November 15.
FoxBusiness Journalist stated in a tweet that the rumor was false. A tweet that stated that “Must have been an incredible source to confirm it’s false” was replied to by FoxBusiness Journalist. She replied, “That’s a bold statement,” but she was correct.
Despite rumors, crypto whales move Ripple token
The XRP lawsuit is rumored to have caused crypto whales to remain unaffected. According to the whale alert more than 267 million worth of XRP tokens (approx. $97.7million) were moved in one transaction by the whales.

Coingape reported that 111 million XRP was moved by transaction whales to their crypto exchanges or wallets. This shows that $42.6 million worth XRP tokens were transferred during the price dump.
Rodrigo Seira, however, filed a motion to appear Pro Hac Vice for Amicus Curiae Pardigm in the XRP suit.
