Provisioning and/or maintaining external or internal information about the Grants Program and any other resources required by the Council.
Facilitating coordination between Council sub-committees through the scheduling and hosting of regular Council meetings.
Monitoring milestone progress and running a process that ensures milestones are met before milestone-based distributions can be made.
Prepare regular reports to communicate grant allocations at each cycle’s end and periodic reports to inform grantees of milestone updates
If applicable, submit a budget/renewal proposal at the end of the Season.
If the Council sub-committees are unable to reach a consensus on an operational or administrative matter, Council can exercise its decision-making authority.
The Council Lead will commit to 30 hours per week to these duties. In return, 35,000 OP will be paid each season. If the Council is active in the succeeding Seasons, the position can develop into a full-time contributor.
