The December rally in Terra Classic prices will be huge. Developers, validators and projects have already submitted proposals to prepare for the changes and price rallies that are coming. Terra Rebels have launched the Terra Classic V23 upgrade after successfully deploying the Terra Classic upgrade that allowed governance changes, stake, and burn. The upgrade will re-enable interblockchain communication (IBC), between Cosmos blockchains and Terra Classic ecosystem. To prevent funds loss, the IBC channels were shut down during the UST depeg.
Edward Kim, Terra Rebels core developer, noted that community members could see a significant increase in the number and types of projects built on the network following the v23 upgrade that contained the CosmWasm update. Edward Kim’s proposal 10950 to re-enable three IBC channels of Cosmos-based chains Osmosis and Crescent has been submitted with 100% support.
