Kannada Film to Be Released in Metaverse, Sets a New Milestone

The metaverse will have the Kannada film “Made in Bengaluru” available. Interality, a company specializing in mixed reality technology, shared this news.
Pradeep Sastry is the director and writer of Made in Bengaluru. Prakash Belawadi, Saikumar and Anant Nag all play important roles in the cast. Madhusudan Govind plays the lead role. The story follows the adventures of three middle-class boys with dreamy eyes.


Moviegoers will be able to engage with the Kannada film cast by taking part in a movie quiz, and taking selfies using a drone camera. The top quiz takers will be granted passes to the Bengaluru film premiere, December 29. Made in Bengaluru promises a unique viewing experience that combines the excitement of traditional film with the virtual reality possibilities. This is a major achievement for the Kannada film.

Pooja Entertainment, the production firm founded by Vashu Bhagnani (Bollywood producer), entered the metaverse to acquire its first virtual land plot. The company will begin with BadeMiyan ChoteMiyan starring Akshay Kumar & Tiger Shroff. It will then create an immersive experience in the Poojaverse – a virtual setting.
