Expert: Sam Bankman-Fried was ‘Charmful’ but didn’t really create anything

Sam Bankman Fried Latest News: After the collapse of crypto exchange FTX Sam Bankman Fried continues to be criticised for his functioning style. After he was appointed CEO of FTX, the founder of FTX went silent. SBF resigned as the company began chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The massive liquidity crunch faced the FTX Group, which comprises Alameda Research and the exchange.
Many industry experts have criticized SBF in the wake of the shock collapse of FTX, and the bloodbath that followed the crypto crash. Bill George, the former CEO of Medtronic, claimed that Sam Bankman-Fried was too hyped because of his charm. At a Yahoo event, he stated that SBF was “caught up in how great he is.” He also said that the 30-year-old FTX chief who has not really made anything was a pathetic figure. George warned retail crypto investors not to blindly believe in future market leaders.
“SBF got distracted by how great he was. He was never there, I don’t believe. I have not seen the performance. This young man hasn’t really created anything, but he charmed many people.”
