The corporation would like to give account holders more time for supporting documentation. It will file a motion to postpone the bar date. Celsius requested that account holders have more time to provide supporting documentation. Celsius was granted court authority to extend its exclusive period to February 15. Celsius received this authority on December 7. The US court ordered Celsius refund the $44 million in cryptocurrency escrow accounts it had. This amount is small compared to the amount of money still held on users’ platforms. Celsius then filed with the court stating that it was being offered multiple acquisitions.
